HYDERABAD: If you’ve been curious to know when Bollywood lovebirds Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif will be tying the knot, we finally have a lead. The ‘Bombay Velvet’ actor, who has always remained tight lipped about his personal life finally opened up about his wedding plans with ladylove Katrina.
Ranbir Kapoor has started opening up about his relationship lately and Katrina Kaif has also given rare interviews to the media clarifying their deeper bond.
In an interview with regional magazine Anand Bazaar Patrika the actor spoke about his wedding date. “This year both of us are extremely busy, so there won’t be any time for the marriage. We have planned to tie the knot by the end of next year. Both of us have agreed on that,” he said.
Rumours of their marriage were doing the rounds ever since the duo were spotted having dinner with the elders of the Kapoor family.
Both actors have been caught up with several work commitments and are most likely to have their Roka ceremony by the end of this month. Talking about his relationship, Ranbir further added, “Both of us are sure about our relationship and if we don’t open about it now, it would be showing disrespect to the relationship. I am 33 now and its time I have my family. Even Katrina wants that. I have grown up in a family where film is everything. So I know the importance of gossip and my funda is simple. When there is gossip, try not to react and it is advisable not to think too much about yourself.”
Now that Ranbir has confirmed that marriage is certain to happen by the end of next year, we hope the couple will stop dodging relationship questions.
